Dauber Company, Inc. makes our Quality Policy visible in many areas throughout our manufacturing facility.  Employees are consistently reminded of the goals and objectives stated in the policy visually.  The tracking and reporting of various measures and improvement projects also reminds employees throughout the company of the goals and objectives stated in the Quality Policy.  We also hold company wide meetings to discuss the adherence of Dauber Company to our stated goals and objectives.
